Dear KHSAA…. Just please let me seed this tournament. I promise it’ll be better if I do it and you’ll make more money! 
However in a nice twist of fate, the 7th (Assumption and Sacred Heart) and 9th (Notre Dame and St Henry) regions are on opposite sides of the bracket for the first time in a while so we could very well have the two best teams playing in the finals. 

Fascinating. Is this random, or some type of new "pod" arrangement? They have mixed East and West pairings on both sides of the bracket. Idk. 

Is GRC hosting all of this??

Or just the 3rd and 4th of Nov games?

If Round 1 is setup like last year, higher RPI hosts - the exception was Mercy at Madisonville. 

I think part of the change this year is to alleviate long travel times. See above, plus North Oldham at McCracken and Notre Dame at Paintsville in 2022.

Last year the quarter brackets were all East vs. East and West vs. West. East vs. West wasn't setup to meet until the semifinals. 

This season there are East and West matches in each quarter bracket, E vs. W one round earlier. I kind of like it.

I don’t think that’s the case this year. I think the odds are traveling, and the evens are hosting. Region 1 winner will travel to Region 2 winner. 3 goes to 4, and so on.
