Shelby Valley sits at 2-1 on the season, they will travels to Middlesboro this Friday to take on the 2-1 Yellow Jackets. Shelby Valley lost its opening game to Letcher County Central 36-26 at home, but since then has won two straight. A 14-0 win over Lawrence County and a 16-7 win over Martin County. Middlesboro won its first two games with a 14-6 win over Harlan County and a 14-13 win over Garrard County. They lost last week to Gate City (VA) 24-18 on the road.

Who wins this top 10 showdown of Class 1A vs. Class 2A?

This game will give us good insight into how good each of these teams are. I am expecting Shelby Valley to win by a couple TD's.
