Referees rule penalties offset so there is a replay of 3rd & 9.  That is costly for the Ads.  Pass attempt by Gutierrez-Jacobs falls incomplete.  The Ads elect to punt on 4th & 9 because of the field position and Wilcher sends his fourth punt of the game.

Nichol muffs the punt, though, and the Admirals recover on the Colts' 25.  Second time in the game that the Ads get a fumble recovery on a punt.

    Danville starts their first drive of the season on their own 16 yard line. First play almost creates a fumble but the refs rule Danville down.  2nd down produces a 1 yard loss.  On 3rd & 10 B

    I’d West Jess had any D, the last 3 years they would have been formable. I’ve seen them a few times looks like they don’t even practice it.

    On 1st & 10, Ads run a screen to Leavell but he gets tackled in the backfield for a loss of two.  2nd & 12 sees Baughman swallowed up and three more yards are lost as West Jessamine continues

5 turnovers for the Colts in this game.

1st & 10 Baughman rushes for a yard.  2nd & 9 Gutierrez-Jacobs throws to Trumbo and it is incomplete.  However, a flag is thrown and the Colts are called for pass interference for grabbing Trumbo's arm.  That moves the ball to the 11-yard line.

1st & 10 Baughman gets a five yard gain.  2nd & 5 Baughman FUMBLES and the Colts recover at the 5-yard line.

2:49 to play.  West Jessamine still leads 34-27.

1st & 10 Smith gets ten yards and the chains are reset.

Second series, Smith runs again for a two yards gain.  Ads take their first timeout.

2nd & 8 Welch rushes up the middle for a first down.  Ball now on the 27-yard line.

Second series, Smith rushes up the middle for 14 yards and even though the Ads use a second timeout, this one looks over.

Third series, Colts get in victory formation.  Ads use their final timeout because they can't take it with them.
