This game was closer than the final score indicates.  PC down by double digits, slowly clawed their way back.

Tale of two halves for sure.  Bracken led 36-29 at the half.  Pendleton got things together in the second half.  Trailing 54-53 in the 4th, Pendleton County sophomore guard Madison Verst hit a 3 from the right wing.  Lady Cats would then score the game's final 10 points.

Saniah Thomas had 25 to lead all scorers and senior teammate Cara Stewart added 17.

Nicole Archibald paced the Lady Bears with 19.

LadyCats turned up the intensity at halftime. Felt like that was the difference maker from my vantage point. 
 

Bracken is super tough to beat. Will be a tough out come postseason. 
 

IMO, the 10th Region Coach of the Year was in Falmouth tonight. You can take your pick of which guy wins it.
