Danville has more talent but Somerset is a well coached team. Curious to see how this one plays out.

Did Somerset have there starting PG last night?

No, he's been out the last 3 games.  He had a boot on his foot.  They've got good play for Josh Bruner (played QB on Football team SO.)  But, it def. impacts their depth.

I would agree that Danville is the overall deeper and more athletic team.  Somerset counters with a great 1-2 punch in the backcourt (Godby and Whitaker both avg. 17 PPG).  They both showed up huge in the PC matchup.  I expect them to play well.  Rebounding and limiting TOs will be the key for Somerset.

I will say there have been some impactful transfers in our region this year, and the last several years for that matter but I'm not sure there has been a more important one than Owen Barnes for Danville.  The kid has played lights out all year, has matured with he behavior on the floor and is all heart!
