Louisville to the NCAA Volleyball final

Louisville advances to its first ever NCAA final defeating Pitt 3 sets to 2 in Omaha. 

It is also the first ever final for an ACC school. 

Louisville and Pitt split regular season matches in the ACC so it was no surprise that the match went 5 sets. 

Louisville will play Texas on Sunday.  Texas defeated San Diego in 4 sets.  This is the 9th championship appearance for the program. 

Texas's Madisen Skinner was on the Kentucky championship team in 2020.
