I agree 100% but just wanted to remind everyone that that almost costed Lincoln against West Tuesday night. Lincoln was up around 16 points and to start the 4th quarter they began their "delay". West roared back and Lincoln barely survived. If DCA had taken the air out, though, I agree they probably get the win last night.

It can def. cost you, and tricky on a coach to when to go to it.  And, maybe DCA doesn't have enough ball handlers to do it...  But, over time I think the #s would show its effectiveness.  Personally I think when you start getting around that 3-4 min. mark it needs to be Layups & FTs.  I'm sure DCA will learn from it and grow.

No doubt. DCA learned a valuable lesson because, if I'm being honest, it seemed like they came out a little too laid back and Garrard hit them in the mouth early. Got up 7-0 early on and set the tone. DCA is still a serious contender, but as you mentioned, learned what being the hunted is like.
