Mark Stoops rightfully deserves a ton of credit for transforming UK football from perennial laughingstock into a consistently ranked team. 

The ongoing Tennessee game got me thinking about how often Kentucky just gets completely destroyed in big games. I went back and looked at his record against top 10 teams. Kentucky is 1-15 with an average margin defeat of 21. If Kentucky is ever going to truly contend for an SEC title they have to start being competitive in these games.
