Prayers for East Carter’s Isaac Boggs who was injured in the 3rd quarter. Hopefully the injury isn’t bad as he is the East Carter basketball point guard.

Congratulations to Russell on getting that elusive first win. If I'm reading it correctly, six of the Red Devils' eight losses were by seven points or less. Definitely a better club than the record says. Glad they finally got over the hump!

Russell has baffled me this season.  They have some really good players:  two strong running backs, an inexperienced but good quarterback and a strong defense.  But, they have chased this first win all season.  Congratulations to the Red Devils for getting the win.  Just baffling.

East Carter had a great season last year and has done well so far this year.  Good luck to them in the playoffs.
