Williamsburg sits at 4-2 on the season with losses to Somerset and Sayre. Williamsburg picked up a huge district win last week against Harlan at home winning 26-16. Williamsburg can all but lock up the 1 seed in the district with a win over Pineville this week. A loss here could make things interesting. If Williamsburg loses this game and Harlan was to beat Pineville the next week then it would throw this district into a 3 way tie. So this game will be huge importance for both teams.

Litmus test for Pineville. They're ranked and Williamsburg isn't, but I wouldn't say the Mountain Lions are favored here, even at home. Williamsburg is one of the sturdier programs in 1A and shouldn't be phased by this being Pineville's "game of the year".

This was a one score game last season, so it could really go either way. Pineville running the table would be a great story, so I'd like to see them pull this one out.
