Considering how their meeting was relatively close, I wouldn't doubt it at this point.  The wheels seem to have come off for the Ads ever since the Mercer game.  That loss sent the season into a tailspin from which the Ads have yet to recover.

Maybe getting back into 2A district games can help them but with three starters suspended for Somerset, things don't look good.

This was/is my problem of the 6 class format.  It lets more schools win titles, I guess, but all it has really done is cement "new" powerhouses in their respective classes that have a chokehold on titles.  And like you say, there is a significant drop off in a lot of classes once you get beyond the top 3 or 4.  People here are already saying 1A is a done deal and 2A seems like a 2 or 3 team race like last season.
