Dixie 3 Lexington Christian 0

Kudos to Braden Blackburn and the Dixie defenders for getting the road shut-out.

Dixie has some top-end talent and will be solid in the back, they'll give Highlands, Cooper, and Ryle all that they want.  Last year's 9th Region Runner-Up won't be dismissed easily.

Nice win by Dixie, also added tidbit since I know you stated that Kohls might not be playing this season but in fact based on Scoreboard he actually is playing which helps Dixie big time I think.

I can't wait to see him on the football field this year.  I know he was putting in the work this offseason.

I had heard he had an injury that would keep him out, but that he would be able to kick on Friday nights.  Certainly an athletic, big-bodied, kid who plays hard and with passion.
