#1 At about the 5th person piling on wanting me to drive to, order amd deliver their food, I'd have said "Why don't we just order Pizza?"

#2 If everyone including myself was just needing and Arby's fix, I'd asked for a volunteer to help me split up the order and carry all that mess back in.

#3 No Drinks, it's one thing to pick up sandwiches for 11 people. It's a nightmare to bring back 11 drinks too.

#4 Arby's should have opened a second register to take the order when they realized that lady was placing such a large order.
