Wouldn't you know it, Phelps returns the ensuing kickoff to the Raceland 27. There's no quit in this rivalry. 

Paintsville quarterback looked like he was going in for six and fumbled at the 1. Raceland recovered in the endzone for a touchback. That was devastating for the Tigers.
