Rockcastle County at Bell County Predictions/Updates

Rockcastle 4-1-1 (Covid cancel) will travel to log mountain to battle the bobcats of Bell County 4-1. This matchup should decide who wins 1st place with the loser securing 2nd in the district. Both teams have not lost since week 1. Rock lost 28-34 to Taylor county and Bell lost 22-30 to North Laurel in overtime. Last year they split the matchups as Rock took the first one 13-7 in regular season and then Bell took the one that mattered in the second round of playoff 13-6.

Whose defense will step up? That will be the deciding factor in my opinion. Rock offense has 1124 rushing yards in their 5 games. Bell has 1240 rushing yards. Bell has passed for 453 yards and Rock only has 221 yards so neither team really passes the ball much. Rock defense has allowed 514 rushing yards and 508 passing yards. Bell has allowed 542 rushing yards and only 449 passing yards. 
Mirror image teams facing off very even on paper it will come down to who wants the win more and which defense can get a stop or turnover! Should be a dandy
