Tomcats1990 Posted April 7, 2021 Posted April 7, 2021 KSR had a discussion today on the show about Men’s Power 5 schools hiring a Woman Head Coach. That got me thinking would I hire a Woman to Coach KY if I was the AD. They all said they would but not as her first job in the Men’s game. What your opinions? Pat Summit in her prime I think could have and maybe should have been the Tennessee Men’s Coach. Will we see a Woman become a Men’s Coach in the next 20 years? 1
The Raven Posted April 8, 2021 Posted April 8, 2021 Within the next 20 years, I think we will see a women coaching a men's Power 5 team. If I'm Maryland, I fire Mark Turgeon and hire Brenda Frese tomorrow. Only because the offices are probably closed today. 1

The Raven Posted April 8, 2021 Posted April 8, 2021 Well if Maryland wants to pay an underachiever, that’s its prerogative.
nikeman49 Posted April 8, 2021 Posted April 8, 2021 When a female is coaching a men’s Power 5 team, somebody give me a shout please because I don’t think it will ever happen.
