What would be considered a conflict for an official on calling games?  What should the restrictions be?

Related to anyone on either team. 
Employed by the school. 

If a district or regional game, I’d also say a relative or employee of a school in that district or region tournament.

What if you lived in Russellville and was scheduled to call a Owensboro- Hancock Co game and you went to school there and a parent was the assistant AD several years ago? Just making up the schools to protect the innocent!
