Oldham County earned the #1 seed - and the automatic berth in the 8th Region tourney - by beating both North and South in the regular season.

North Oldham defeated South by four points in Crestwood during the regular season and goes into the tourney as the #2 seed.

South Oldham comes in on a 3-game winning streak. North Oldham lost its last two, scoring 39 points in each game.

A big "thanks" to Colonel Mike & Pegasus Sports!  We really appreciate your time and broadcast of these games!  This is been a difficult season, full of set backs and challenges.  Its also been incredibly rewarding to see these young men play basketball and compete week in & week out.  Your support of high school basketball is noticed & greatly appreciated.

I believe North & South are both better than their records would indicate.  Both teams have had their ups and downs... and really want this victory.  Whoever comes out on top will certainly redeem what has been a difficult season... and move into the region 8 tournament with some confidence.

(PS.  Go South! )

Thanks, Dragon Man!   It's been a tiring season for all involved....but I am so glad Pegasus was able to help bring some of the games to so many who would have ordinarily been in the seats, cheering their team on.   I am very glad it meant something to those fans.

Looking forward to the post-season, and I agree that South and North are probably better than their records.

I'll be kicking out the 8th Region final regular season rankings tonight - along with a quick preview of each district tournament.
