underarmour
Johnson Central hosted their annual dual tournament today. It was a great middle school and high school meet. There was 6 or 7 teams in the middle school divison, and around 11 or 12 high school teams. KY, OH, and WVa were all represented. I must say JC's new felxi-roll mat is very nice, we may get to see it again at the state tournament. All I can remember is Johnson Central won the meet and Fairland,OH took second in the high school division. Corey Spencer, 119 from Johnson Central won Most Outstanding Wrestler. Although Josh Back from Letcher County Central had a great argument of winning that award. The tournament went smooth and Johnson Central did a great job of hosting. I'm sure graybeard will have some pics from the meet.

Graybeard
I think Ashland's 160 may have won his weight class as well. Can you help me out with that graybeard? Ashland didn’t have anyone in the championship round of this tournament. However, since then two seniors (Dillon and Bayless) have rejoined our team. Dillon is now our Heavyweight and Bayless our 215. Both wrestlers had pretty good success last year, but they have traded weight classes with each other since last year – because Dillon has put on about 20 pounds of muscle. Dillon went undefeated this weekend (Jan 5-6) in Meadowbrook, OH against some good teams.
