This will be a good test for this very young Tilghman team as they look to bounce back from a mistake filled game they lost 36-6 at Mayfield. 

This Union County team did play Mayfield very tough before a couple late touchdowns helped the Cardinals put them away 36-20. 

Those 20 points are a season high for Union as they have struggled on offense this season. They have 45 points total in 4 games. 

The thing that's troubling for Tilghman in this game is that Union has a pretty stout defense at times, and with 2 Freshman starting on the right side of the line, Union will really test these young guys just like Mayfield did. 

This has a chance to be a really good one if Tilghman can cut back on the mistakes from last week. If not, Union can definitely win the game. 

Tilghman should win. But it can be tough relying on Freshmen in key positions, nearly impossible.

Tilghman needs to make sure and wrap up when tackling #9.  And Union Co. QB is a mobile lefty with a decent arm.  Make him scramble right.  PT should win this game by a couple scores at a minimum.

Tilghman throws an interception on the first possession. Union scores on a run from 24 yards out.

57 yd run by Union to the Tilghman 18. 

Union calls timeout on 4th and 1 from the Tilghman 9. They decide to attempt a field goal. 

They faked it, the defense had it covered and yet the scrambling qb threw it up for grabs and Union pulled it down for another touchdown.

Tilghman fumbles on the first play of the drive. Union recovers at the Tilghman 37. 

Union is dominating the line of scrimmage, which I expected. These young dudes are in trouble at the moment. Defense absolutely has to make something happen here. 

Tilghman's D gets the stop on 4th and 15. That was a must if I've ever seen one this early. They take over on their own 30.

Eerily similiar to the Mayfield game last week. 

Qb sneak for Union on 2nd and 1 and the qb walks right through the Tilghman d for a 29 yd td run.

49 yd completion for Tilghman as they finally go vertical. 1st down at the Union 10. 

Tilghman misses a 25 yd field goal after a very, very bad no P.I. call in the end zone.

Union takes over at the Tilghman 20.

Unfortunately, I did see a scenario like this. I was just hoping it didn't happen. The youth and inexperience is really starting to show and they are just overmatched physically. 

They'll be a force in a few years, but they are gonna take some bumps in the meantime.
