Probably depends on what part of the state you are in. All the Lexington schools (except LCA and Sayre) are turf. So are Scott County, Madison Central, Clark County, Woodford County, etc. Several of those teams likely play all games on turf, but it in the more rural areas I'm sure its unusual.

Tilghman will be converting to turf at McRight Field for next season. It was originally planned to be started on around May of this year pending donations toward the roughly 1 million dollar project. 

Of course this year has been anything but normal.
