Harrington was a safety at Fern Creek in his high school days, and was a member of the 2010 All-BluegrassPreps.com Team.

He was recruited to UofL and finished at Murray State. Per his Facebook page, this is his 4th year in football coaching.

Congratulations and good luck to Coach Harrington and the Golden Eagles!

Toughest job in the state. I hope he can find success.
