The Norse take down Oakland last night at BOKC. They are 17-7 on the season, 9-3 in the conference, which is currently good for 2nd place in the conference behind Wright State.

 

The Norse were lead in scoring by Dantez Walton, who had a double double with 23 points and 11 rebounds. They also go 21 from Faulkner and 15 from Sharpe.

 

Detroit comes to town on Saturday for Homecoming (7pm), should be a massive crowd. The Norse look to avenge an awful loss to Detroit on 1/3 (66-58). I am curious if there will be a little blue in the arena to see Brad Calipari. I am also wondering if Coach Cal makes an appearance with Kentucky playing in Knoxville at 1pm. I'm looking forward to vending my butt off.

Go Norse, nice win on a night when they had an off night shooting which kept it close. Plus, Oakland PG was lights out (30+ pts.). Also good to see Walton and Tate back on the court together and good student representation (which is not common).

Probably wont but he is probably done with UK duties about 3 hrs before tipoff at NKU.

 

Maybe a private jet flying into Lunken?
