South Oldham beat Atherton 50-6 in week seven. Can the Dragons extend their winning streak to 10 after a week loss? Or, will the Rebels be able to get a round one victory?

Dragons keep rolling.

A win over Atherton would be the 10th straight win for South Oldham this year, equalling the second-longest winning streak in school history. (South won 12 in a row last year, the school record.)

 

It would be nice if this was a competitive game, but I'm afraid it won't be. My guess is that SOHS head coach Jamie Reed will have the luxury of a running clock by halftime or immediately afterward, and that the South starters will be on the bench early in the third quarter.
