Georgia 24 Florida 17

As I said in the update thread...Florida couldn't convert 3rd down and couldn't stop UGA on 3rd down.

UGA didn't have a 3 and out all day and I think every possession went at least 7 plays.

I don’t know how it looked on TV, but Trask has a super weak arm.

Looked more inaccurate than weak, just flat missed guys. I think he threw low/short a few times because he was skitish in the pocket.

It was both. His arm strength or lackthereof is what really stood out to me. There were several throws that when he released it the receiver was open but the defender was able to close because the ball took forever to get there. Either way the Florida gameplan on offense sucked and the last drive made no sense to me. Down 14 and you take 4+ minutes off the clock. Makes no sense.

I don't think they could have went faster if they tried, even that last scoring drive was a struggle.

Is it possible that the SEC is overrated and they just play each other? That OSU cool aid is starting to take hold. Maybe they are significantly better than anyone. The eye test is screaming that anyways, I’m trying to fight it.

On the last drive it was 1st and 5 inside Georgia territory and there was ~5 minutes left on the clock. Instead of taking a shot downfield like I think most teams would in that case down 2 scores, Florida ran a QB draw for no gain.

Neither of these teams are on the level with the top 4 teams so it’s not super relevant anyways.

Both of these teams are flawed, on a hot night they could play with anyone. Or they could struggle against UK and nearly get beat. They are solid teams, no more no less.
