The Bracken Co. Lady Bears will be traveling to Dayton tonight. The Bears are coming off a win at home against Calvary Christian and this is Daytons first game.

 

What do you all think of this one?

Ithink Dayton should pull it out they have a couple of good shooters and Is Bracken playing well this year ?

How many players did they lose. They had a good game against Mason last year in District. Just know I watched the Girls 8th Grade team this year and they had one girl (Reno) I believe. She can flat out play.

Bracken Co. beat a very scrappy Dayton team last night. Dayton was up 2 at the half, but Bracken put together a very impressive 2nd half to pull away 62-46. Reno was the 8th grader but she will be moving soon to Somerset and at this present time she is not playing High School ball. Too bad for the Lady Bears because she is a special young player!

I work with a guy whos daughter plays for Bracken, He told me that Reno was moving. Too bad for the Lady Bears she was fun to watch. She will be good addition where ever she plays.

Is this team a darkhorse in the 10th region?? I sure hope so, we've paid our dues. It's been 15 years or so since we've had a legit region contender.

There are only a very few teams that have a very realistic shot at Montgomery County. Unfortunately I would not consider Bracken as one.

I wouldnt classify Bracken a darkhorse with wins against Calvary and Dayton just yet. Lets see what they do against some better teams first

I don't think many teams in the Region has a chance against Montgomery County.

 

But the Lady Bears are not talked about very much to even make to the Regions. I think they have a good chance to make it. Lets see how they play Mason Co. on Monday Night. They also have the all A. Could be a sleeper there too.
