Central Hardin had a monster game from Gavin George. After being down 18-0 in the first quarter, ran off 37 unanswered points, and didn't look back. QB Chase Elmore, RB Deonco Wilkerson, and Gavin George all had huge games and rolled in the second half as the back up QB Treyvon Barnwell and much of the JV squad finished the game.

George caught six passes for 124 yards and two scores. Wilkerson had four catches for 111 yards and a touchdown giving him three on the evening and Shaun Hay had three receptions for 57 yards.

Two other Bruins players topped the 100-yard mark as Tre’Jean Sanders totaled 117 yards on 10 carries and a score and Deonco Wilkerson had 108 yards on 13 chances.

Central Hardin quarterback Chase Elmore was 15-for-18 for 306 yards and three scores. He completed six straight passes at one point in time for 162 yards and two touchdowns.

Central Hardin kicker Evan Jones was 7-for-7 with five extra points and field goals of 23 and 30 yards.

Central Hardin scored on eight straight possessions with Wilkerson and George scoring the first four of those touchdowns.

Elizabethtown’s Joseph Becherer had three touchdowns and 171 yards on 17 carries.
