Who wins this matchup? Hazard has won the past two season. This will be both teams first game of the season. Harlan County was suppose to play Harlan last week, but they did however pick up a win last week thanks to a forfeit.

This is a hard one to gauge. Hazard won last year by 17 and they're always tough. But I think Harlan County returns more - especially on the o-line - and they ran all over Hazard last year in defeat. Should be a four quarter war that could go either way.
