The Fredrick Douglass Broncos represented very well at this event Dekel Crowdus continues his climb up the 2021 prospect rankings with his showing.

Along with teammates Devin and Darius Neal and lineman Walker Parks.

The Broncos have become a D1 hotspot, but are they a powerhouse program?

Covington Catholic was also represented at the The Opening' Nashville regional combine by Notre Dame commit Michael Mayer. Walker Parks from Douglass was also at the Nashville regional.

Both Mayer and Parks qualified to continue on to the finals in Texas. Finals will be held June 30-July 3 at the Dallas Cowboys' practice facility, The Star, in Frisco, Texas.

I believe the NFL Network will be broadcasting from the finals.

For those unfamiliar, The Opening is the counterpart of the Elite 11 quarterback competition.

43" vert, wow!
