JD Strange was in coaching for 41 years: Bell County head coach 1984-1993 Allen County-Scottsville head coach 1993-1999 Knox Central head coach 1999-2000 St. Catharine Junior College head coach 2000-2004 Campbellsville College assistant coach 2004-2007 Pineville head coach 2007-2018 James David Strange, who's a 2009 Pineville grad (and I'm assuming JD Strange's son) was the interim head coach following JD's retirement.
