Top players in the 2023 class

Watching Ballard and 8th grader Kaleb Glenn against Male on Friday got me thinking who are some other kids in the 2023 class that are getting significant varsity minutes and putting up some numbers? The other two I have heard are the Porter kid at Elliott Co. and Dallas Robert's of North Oldham.

Reed Sheppard (Jeff Sheppard’s son) at North Laurel is another strong 8th grader.

 

North Oldham has two other 8th graders getting minutes in addition to Roberts: Scales and Higdon.

I have seen all of the mentioned 8th graders play, I believe the Shepherd kid is heads above the rest at this point. He is already a nice player.
