Nathaniel Bryan
How do the top four state at large fit these games into their schedules? They were picked after last season based on what they had returning. They already had them scheduled in for 3 games at max (state teams receive byes through to the quarterfinals) and at max would have to play Friday-Saturday-Sunday to minimize their school day travel to Louisville. Nathaniel Bryan
Nate- who do you see as the favorite in this tourney? And along that same line... who is your dark horse? Boyd is my favorite. Been playing really well. Ryle right with them and has a revenge factor (see what E'town did to Eastern over the weekend after Eastern won the first meeting at Bullitt East). Dark horses are Mercy and CAL. Mercy had good showing in Florida and Shorter is getting better and better in her return (ACL). CAL, if healthy, has a six-man rotation that can run with anyone. DI signee senior, DI bound junior and DI offered senior to go along with an athletic young guard.
