Did you see anything that Bracken could have done to have contained Dontae even a little? Usually a player of his talent has a supporting cast of at least one or two to keep putting up those kind of numbers and Pendleton doesn't have that. Do you see a way of slowing him down ? What kind of defense did Bracken attempt?

 

Lots of factors in this one...like One Great Scorer said in the pre-game thread Bracken had 3 practice days to prepare for Pendleton/Allen and he still got 51 points. Pendleton County was probably gassed from the road game at Clark County the night before. Pendleton had 0 days to prepare for Bracken and still won by 18.

Sorry, predicted 20 at the final horn and it was only 18 with PC pulling away. Sure missed this one (LOL). It is what Dontae can dictate and does game after game against non-top tier competitors. By the way, he does pretty good against the top tier double/triple team defenses, too.

Lol just messing with you. It’s very hard to guard him. But when you do double or triple him he’ll just score any way or find the open team mate. I don’t think Bracken doubled him.

Yep. His career high was against Scott last week. He scored 53.
