Grant County at South Oldham predictions

Grant is off to a fast start at 4-1, and has scored 70 points or more in each game but their lone loss to Woodford.

South Oldham graduated 9 seniors from last year's 8th region runner-ups and is a more junior-led team this year. Still, the Dragons are out of the gate pretty nicely, bringing a 2-1 mark into the game.

Grant wants to prove they've closed the gap against the region blue-bloods....this game may well tell us if Grant is ready to challenge Walton-Verona and SK in the 32nd. It may also tell us how the South juniors are accepting their new-found leadership roles.

First of all, Grant will not challenge WV or SK this season. I see the game at South as be a close game just because it is early in the season, but South will prevail.
