Who has the best win in 1A over the teams that are still in the playoffs?

Featured Replies

Beechwood has played 3 teams that are still in the playoffs. They are 1-2 against those teams. They beat Somerset at home 28-0 that ended at halftime pretty much. They also lost to Corbin at Corbin 21-14, and Covington Catholic at Covington Catholic 49-14.

Campbellsville has played 2 teams that are still in the playoffs. They are 2-0 in those games. They beat Taylor County at home 40-20, and Larue County at there place 14-8.

Raceland has played 1 team that is still left in the playoffs. They are 1-0 against that team. They beat Somerset 19-17 at Somerset.

Pikeville has not played a team still in the playoffs.

Who has the best win out of those teams? Why is it better than the others?

Beechwood. That game against Somerset was well on its way to a first half running clock. Raceland's win was also impressive though as it was at our place.

The Beechwood win over Somerset is hard to top. The Tigers completely dominated the game leading 28-0 early in the second quarter when the game was called due to lightning.

The Campbellsville win over Taylor County is not far behind. That is Taylor County's only loss of the year.
