October 28, 20187 yr 17 games involving 20 Top 25 teams. Three had to lose because of head to head. So in the other 14 games the Top 25 went 7-7 vs non-Top 25 opponents. Do we just have a couple of really good teams, and the rest are just mediocre?

Do we just have a couple of really good teams, and the rest are just mediocre? I hate it when folks so it's a "down year" talent wise, but at this point I just don't know. It's definitely A LOT more balanced. I guess you'd say the "great teams" aren't much different than the "good ones" and it's showing. A few plays here and there make the difference.
October 28, 20187 yr Yes. While I agree that there’s more balance, there seems to be a lot more mediocrity than usual. I believe that there’s 2-3 teams that are really good and one of those are SUBSTANTIALLY better.
