Final from Tom Ellis stadium. Give the Holy Cross players credit, they played hard until the end. Holmes wins two in row. Holmes host Bourbon County next week in district action. Holy Cross travels to Newport Central Catholic.

On Homecoming Night for Holy Cross, Holmes defeats the Indians 46-6 in the Battle of Covington. Bulldog QB James Walker passes for 2 TD's and also runs for 2 more. He was 17-29 for 233 yards. Holmes spread the ball around to several rushers and receivers. Holy Cross was missing several players tonight. Freshman QB Hayden Spencer ran for a TD and had several good moments in the game passing to his brother Brady.

Thanks for the stats and all you do. Do you know if there is a list of tackles?

If you look at the same link later today, you will see HC defensive stats. We need to pick them off of Hudl video. I do not keep track of the opponent's tackles (just fumbles and interceptions). The high school game is too quick for me to do it live.
