Franklin-Simpson makes the long ride to Brandenburg this Friday to face the Green Wave. Last year Meade County won at Franklin 24-21. FS missed a field goal at the buzzer that would have sent the game to overtime. What happens this year?

There was more to this game last year, but I honestly don't remember. I kinda recall that Franklin should have won, but didn't.

I'm thinking the run game of the Wildcats ultimately prevails in this one. But this is a tough physical team. Good luck Wildcats!

Last year's game was an officiating fiasco. Over 300 yards of evenly distributed penalties. A coach ejected from the game....AFTER the game.

Expecting a smash mouth game, both teams rely on run first out of the Wing-T. This week and next week (Glasgow) will test the Wildcats.

I’m expecting another hard-fought battle between these two teams. Hopefully the officials don’t take over the game this time. I’ll take FS 35-21.

I'm going to go with Meade on this one. Meade played a solid Simon Kenton to a tough one-point loss. Teams personnel and offensive approach are similar.
