The Aces (1-2) go from one emotional game to another. After pulling what most consider to be a big upset over cross town rival Owensboro, OCath welcomes back their former long time coach John Edge, now the coach at South Spencer (0-3).

Hopefully this isn't a let down game for OC. After a big emotional win over Owensboro and a winless South Spencer coming to town it would be easy for it to be one. I think with Coach Edge on the SS sidelines it should make this one interesting. I think they are the better team but can easily see them coming out slow and South Spencer playing motivated for their coach.

So whats the story from that way behind why Edge left...

 

Mutual parting? Writing on the wall that Catholic was looking to move on? He felt it was a better opportunity across the river?

There was a lot of rumblings and rumors but I think at the end of the day it was purely monetary. Had a chance for quite a bit more money without having to move his family and he was ready for change.
