April 9, 20188 yr I too have never seen so many people parked in the passing lane and like others before have stated, I have never seen so many stopped backups on the interstate where there was no wreck or construction involved. Last Saturday from I26 - I 95 merge to Savannah was stop and go traffic. In Savannah I 95 turned to 3 lanes (or 6 however you describe it) and there were no more back ups all the way to Daytona. If the money is not there to widen these roads all the way, they at least need some 3 lane sections like KY has done with I 75.
