Wash day blues.....

Featured Replies

How many schools out there do the wash for the players uniforms? I know HHS relies on the parents/kids to "git 'er dun."

Mayfield has always had the equipment managers do the wash for the practice and game pants and jerseys...that was always a plus not having to tote your luggage home with you and have to do the wash. I feel like all schools should provide this service to their players as they are representing their school. They also do this for the boys and girls basketball players as well.

Corbin's staff does the washing also. I think after a couple of game jerseys came back pink years ago they began keeping them to wash.

COVINGTON CATHOLIC Parents wash the Uniforms.

It's a great way to bond with your sons when you get to

touch that sweaty smelly uniform!! :D

At Knox Central, the equipment mgr. does game uniforms for the football team. Baseball and (I think) basketball it's the player's responcibilty. Back in the day when I played (when dirt was just invented), the girls in Home Ec. washed them for us.
