I know a lot of people like OHS in this one, but I think Henderson has been equally impressive this year. Henderson wins in a close. Wish I could go to this one.

OCath should roll very easily. I like that the offense seems to show they want to run the ball, now if the defense could show they can play tough for a whole game.

Daviess County 35, Grayson County 21-If the Panthers win this one, how does a 3-way tiebreaker between DC, Ohio County, and Grayson County work out?

 

Owensboro 28, Henderson County 14-The showdown is finally here, and while the Colonlels have a potent 1-2 punch in Lightfoot and Gilliam, OHS doesnt give much up on the ground. That forces Hendo to pass and OHS wins a key 4A Region 1, District 1 matchup.

 

Owensboro Catholic 49, Glasgow 21-The Scotties have fallen off the map. Ocath rolls.

 

Apollo 35, Ohio County 14-It will be interesting to see if the Richie Stanley experiment continues at QB for Apollo. The Eagles will look to refocus before next weeks showdown with OHS.

58, turnovers are the only way Senior gets 28. Are you saying Senior will not have to pass on Henderson to move the ball? Owensboro has been held down by lesser or equal defenses. How will they score 28? I think Henderson is a bit better than John Hardin on defense. 109 rushing yards against JH. 1.5 yards a play against Mater Dei. Hall's 150 yards a game comes from games like DC, 216 yards. Senior might get 28 with turnovers and passing, but what about their offense? How many fumbles, dropped passes, and penalties will we see. 28-14?
