After watching Boone last night I'm somewhat surprised by this score. Looks like Mr. Rodgers didn't have the "touch" he had last night.

Coach Schrand and the Indians must have been inspired by watching Leighton's teammates this afternoon.

Can HC claim the 2nd spot in the district and sneak into the Region?

In my opinion Boone Co will win a lot of games this year. The trio of Rodgers, Haynes and Robbins are really good. I thought Holy Cross played good team defense on Rodgers and Haynes all night and made it hard for them to get off open looks especially on Rodgers. And even though it was only one game, I did like to see the balance scoring for the Indians on opening night with 4 players in double figures.

6'8" Pete Knochelman is gonna start getting some attention ... And he is doing he may still be growing...
