Doss is 5-3 after beating Iroquois 36-6.

Atherton is 5-4 after beating Fairdale 55-20.

Doss has won the district title and looked up the 1 seed in the playoffs.

Atherton has locked up a playoff berth but could be a 3 or 4 seed, depending on how the 3 intra district games play out this Friday.

The Fern Creek vs. Fairdale game wouldn’t affect seeding. To get a 3 seed Atherton needs Iroquois to beat Southern. An Atherton win over Doss puts them at 3-2 in district, and an Iroquois win over Southern puts them both at 2-3 giving Atherton the 3 seed. If Doss beats Atherton and Iroquois beats Southern then Atherton, Iroquois, and Southern are all 2-3. Tiebreaker in that instant would fall to points from non district games, and Atherton would get the 3 seed.

If Southern beats Iroquois they would get the 3 seed regardless if Atherton beats Doss due to the head to head victory over Atherton.

Do the Rebels have a chance to knock off the Dragons?

Is this the game Doss gets Traynor back? If so I wish him the best of luck.

I think Coach Hawkins said for the 27th, which is next Friday at North Hardin.

We expect this to be a good game. Kenny Walker has done a great job with his team and they will be ready for this game. Super proud of coach Walker and what he is doing this year. Atherton has several offensive threats and will keep it close.
