Can’t believe Ohio Co still getting votes. Manual and Conner would blow them out.

Review where the voters work/live and you'll understand how /why some of these teams received votes. The AP doesn't want to make this ranking heavily Jefferson County. Lexington schools are not that strong in general. Simon Kenton does not beat Scott County. I am not convinced the Pioneers would take PRP down.
