September 17, 20179 yr Has anybody else seen it yet? If so I am curious about any and all opinions of it. I've been thinking about it since we walked out of the theater last night and I still haven't been able to fully wrap my head around it. I don't know what I was expecting, but it certainly wasn't the religious allegory on acid that it turned out to be. It's like Inception, Fight Club, and A Clockwork Orange got together and had a very strange baby. I'll possibly appreciate it more on a second viewing, but right now I really don't know what my opinion of it is.
September 17, 20179 yr I haven't seen it but have read 4 or 5 reviews of it and none of the reviewers could put their finger on it either.
September 17, 20179 yr Author Cinema Score gave it an "F". Probably pretty good, then. To be fair Cinema Score ratings are based on perceptions going in compared to coming out, and the perception of what this movie was going in was at best vague and at worst downright misleading. If you were expecting a traditional horror movie then this movie absolutely disappointed.
