Final. Boone Co over Ryle 6 - 2.

The Young Rebels beat the Raiders in a hard fought football game. The Raiders were intercepted 3 times (I believe). The Rebels put together some possession drives with the power running game. The young Rebels seem to have talent in the skill positions to a degree that they haven't for some time.

There was some quality blocking and tackling taking place. It was a fun game to watch down in the trenches. I can't begin to mention the names because I don't know the players too well. I was impressed with the good technique used in many tackles tonight.

I am encouraged about the prospects for this group of athletes in the future.

Looks like a baseball score. Rebs get the win!!

For a second I thought I was in the Baseball Forum.
