DD What is the Democratic plan to combat terrorism?

Again I asked for 4 or 5 years now, what are the Republicans plans? Do the Democrats have plans? No, but the Republicans offer no plans as well. In politics it is easier to blame then it is to tell what your going to do. Voters do not want to hear plans, they want to hear who is at fault for the bad things in their life. In 2000, Monica was distroying the family, and W gets elected. 4 years later, if you vote for Kerry you either going to die, and the gays will take over, which ever comes first, and in the last 6 years, Bush has been fault for darn near everything. As soon as voters would rather hear plans then who is fault you will start hearing plans again. I don't see it changing any time soon.
