State Farm....what a joke

State Farm has always been great for us. But as mentioned before, call your agent rather than the 1-800 numbers. Unless you have a really terrible agent, they will make sure you are taken care of.

It would seem if you need roof repair that the insurance company would want to jump on that fast to avoid secondary damage (and additional claims) from rain, etc.

You can get insurance on line or thru an agent. If you are using an agent, he is your first call. If you are not getting service he gets another call. You pay for their service. Bug the heck out of them. That is why they are getting a commission.

 

They are more than aware. At this point I am letting the customer service hang itself.
