August 18, 20179 yr Oh my! I had my car jacked up to change a flat a few months ago. I got the wheel off, slapped the new one on but realized I had put the nuts down on the sidewalk. I was but a couple steps away and my car rocked back and slammed into the asphalt. A few second sooner or later and I would have lost a hand. No doubt about it. I was rattled as all get out. On a brighter note, my wife gave me the go ahead to buy a better jack.
